Welcome to your AI-Native Pilot Application!
The Pursuit AI-Native Pilot is a new and accelerated pathway that will utilize an AI-native learning model to enable participants to gain skills to build technology in an AI-driven world. AI enables a new way to learn that is highly customized to the individual.
The pilot will start on March 15 and last 7 months with the first 4 months focusing on AI literacy and Building with AI, after which participants would enter a job search module lasting 3 months.
We are building this pilot ‘in public’, by publishing our findings online, which is our approach to experiment, gain insight from the tech community, and ultimately get hired, particularly in today’s market. This pilot will test these key elements to help adults launch careers in technology and change their lives.
You do not need any coding experience to be admitted into the pilot. We highly encourage women, non-binary and trans-identifying people, communities underrepresented in tech, and those without college degrees to apply.
To be eligible for our pilot program, you must meet the following requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Annual personal income or salary of no more than $45K
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Live in the NY Metro Area (Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania)
- Committed to working as an engineer immediately after the training
- Able to participate in a seven-month in-person program
- Have a strong passion for tech
- Have a strong curiosity for AI
